My Policies

Please take a moment to review my booking policies before making your appointment. These guidelines are in place to ensure a smooth experience for my clients and are non-negotiable.

Appointment Deposits

A 50% deposit will be collected at the time of booking to reserve your appointment slot. Same-day time changes will likely not be able to be accommodated, so please ensure the date and time you have selected works for you before booking. Your deposit is 100% non-refundable unless I am unable to service your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the time of service. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be used to reserve a new appointment during this time. Any changes made to your appointment less than 48 hours in advance will result in a non-transferable deposit, and a new deposit must be made to reserve a new appointment slot.

Late Policy

Please be on time for your appointment to ensure I am able to finish your service within the allotted time you have reserved. After a 10-minute grace period, a $20 late fee will be added to your service total. If you have not arrived after 20 minutes of your reserved time slot, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged 50% of your service fee.

Refunds

Refunds cannot be issued for appointment deposits or service fees.
