My Story
Hi! I’m Cecilia Mantilla — a professional makeup artist with a deep love for beauty, creativity, and helping others feel confident inside and out. My passion began as a young girl, watching my mom apply her makeup each morning. That small ritual inspired me to explore the world of beauty, and I’ve been hooked ever since.
Though I originally studied child development, makeup always stayed close to my heart. I spent years experimenting, learning techniques, and sharing my journey on social media — eventually growing a platform of over 9,000 followers and earning features from some of my favorite beauty brands. That encouragement led me to pursue makeup professionally and enroll in the Michael Vincent Academy in Los Angeles.
Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of amazing clients — from everyday women to models and celebrities. I specialize in custom, high-quality looks tailored to each person’s style and personality, using cruelty-free products I truly believe in.
Beyond makeup, I’m proud to give back to my community as a board member of Project Hope CA, where I support mentorship and youth development programs alongside my husband.
For me, makeup is more than a service — it’s a way to connect, empower, and bring out the beauty that already exists in everyone.
